Conch and Portón Ceviche (Haitian Style)

10 pieces baby conch, cut into small pieces

4 tomatoes chopped

1 yellow onion chopped

½ English cucumber

½ scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lemon

3 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon Fleur de Sel

1 part Portón

 

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
