NEW ORLEANS -- Firefighters are working a three-alarm blaze at an apartment complex in New Orleans East.
The fire happened just before 12:15 p.m. at the Windrun Apartments complex near the intersection of Bullard Avenue and the Interstate 10 Service Road. The fire was under control by 2 p.m.
