NEW ORLEANS -- The former agent for late Saints player Frank Warren has pleaded guilty to wire fraud.

According to court documents, back in the early 1990s, 53-year-old Benjamin Geller helped Warren take out a $1 million life insurance policy.

When warren died in 2002, the money was put into a trust for his wife and family, which was overseen by Geller.

Over the next several years, federal prosecutors say, Geller withdrew nearly $500,000 for his own personal use.

Geller faces up to 20 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
