We have an update on our dear friend and former colleague Frank Davis, who is battling a rare medical disorder.
Frank had surgery late last week in his ongoing fight against the neuromuscular disease called CIDP which, as medical reporter Meg Farris reported in May, has made his movement and breathing very difficult.
His wife Mary Clare said the surgery went well and Frank is resting as his recovery continues.
There is a long recovery ahead, but she says the doctors hope the surgery will make it easier for him to breathe and regain some of the movement in his arms and legs.
Mary Clare says the whole Davis family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.
If you’d like to send your thoughts to him, you may post a comment on our Facebook page, which we will share with Frank and Mary Clare.
