NEW ORLEANS -- The Ritz Carlton Hotel in the French Quarter is dealing with what a spokesman calls an "electrical malfunction." Paul Loisel of the Ritz said several upper floors were without power Friday.
According to Loisel, the hotel got accommodations at other hotels for the guests who are affected.
Loisel said he couldn't say how many guests are affected or how long the power outage is expected to last.
