NEW ORLEANS – Another sign that Jazz Fest is almost upon us comes with the release of the “cubes” – the times and stages that each artist will perform during the 2013 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Festival organizers released the cubes Tuesday morning with some changes to traditional sets.  The Neville Brothers, who aren't performing at the festival this year, won’t be closing the festival as has been customary for years.

Instead, rising star and native son Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrew and his band Orleans Avenue will have the honor of closing the festival at the main stage.  (See the cubes)
