BATON ROUGE, La. - The man suspected of calling in a bomb threat at LSU was scheduled to be in court Friday, but his hearing has been rescheduled.

William Bouvay Jr., 42, will instead go before a judge for arraignment on Thursday.

On Wednesday, East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney's Office charged William Bouvay with communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.

The felony charge carries a maximum prison term of 20 years.

The bomb threat was called in to mid-morning on September 17.
