NEW ORLEANS -- A Northshore chef is celebrating after being crowned the King of Louisiana Seafood.

Chef Keith Frentz of Lola Restaurant in Convington won Saturday's cooking contest with his recipe for cornmeal-dusted, wild-caught Louisiana catfish.

It was part of The New Orleans Food and Wine Experience, which draws people from across the country and world to New Orleans.
