Lafayette City Marshal deputies, with the assistance of St. Martin Parish deputies, arrested Donnie Bulliard of St. Martinville on a warrant from the 15th Judicial District Court of Lafayette.

Bulliard was wanted for one felony count of obtaining by false representation and failing to return or surrender a movable, a $4,500 Mardi Gras ball gown.

According to the city marshal's office, Bulliard's record, which goes back to 1980, shows 22 arrests to include felony and misdemeanor charges of theft, contractors misapplication of payments, issuing worthless checks, simple battery, firearms violations, aggravated assault and failure to appear in court.

He was booked in St. Martin Parish and transported to Lafayette Parish, where he was booked in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on the warrant from the 15th Judicial District Court.
