NEW ORLEANS -- The injured victim of yesterday's Algiers shooting died Saturday in the hospital, police said.
The 26-year-old man passed away as a result of his injuries, according to Officer Frank Robertson.
New Orleans police are still investigating to identify a suspect or a motive.
The shooting happened at about 8:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of Elizardi Blvd.
The unidentified man was shot multiple times, according to police.
