NEW ORLEANS -- A man is in the hospital after a Friday night shooting on General Ogden, according to police.
NOPD spokesman Frank Robertson said the shooting happened in the 3500 block of General Ogden around 9 p.m.
Robertson said a man, who has not been identified, was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
Police haven't named a suspect or a motive in this shooting.
