NATALBANY, La. – The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a man they say killed another man at a bar Thursday night.

According to the Sheriff Daniel Edwards, around 11:40 p.m. a fight took place between 2 men inside of Roy’s Night Club and during the argument, 19-year-old Wilkaman Nunnery intervened and held out a hand gun.

Nunnery then pointed the weapon at 17-year-old D’Markus McKnight and fired one shot, striking him. As McKnight fell to the ground, Nunnery fired two more shots at him, killing him.

Nunnery then fled the scene and a warrant on the charge of second degree murder has been issued for Nunnery’s arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-800-554-5245.

Sheriff Daniels also reported that the club in which the fight occurred, Roy’s Night Club, has all been cited for having an underage person inside of the establishment.
