NEW ORLEANS - A multi-car accident closed 610 W at the 610/I-10 split around 6:15 a.m. Friday, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
There was at least one injury in the accident, which may have involved an 18-wheeler, the DOTD said.
The New Orleans Police Department and a tow truck were on the scene.
The roadway reopened around 7:45 a.m.
