TANGIPAHOA, La. - The president of the Tangipahoa Parish NAACP is calling for the superintendent of parish schools to resign.

Patrica Morris, president of the Tangiapahoa NAACP, called for the resignation of Superintendent of Mark Kolwe, citing the overall poor performance of schools in the parish and, which she says, is his inability or unwillingness to resolve the parish’s desegregation lawsuit.
