TANGIPAHOA, La. - The president of the Tangipahoa Parish NAACP is calling for the superintendent of parish schools to resign.

Patrica Morris, president of the Tangiapahoa NAACP, called for the resignation of Superintendent of Mark Kolwe, citing the overall poor performance of schools in the parish and, which she says, is his inability or unwillingness to resolve the parish’s desegregation lawsuit.

the naacp needs to just go away, they are useless and if they were really in the business of helping blacks, they would encourage them to stay in school, get a job and get off welfare that may tax dollars are paying for. why is it, as much as blacks say they dont like whites, they want to be all up in our schools, jobs, businesses, for people who dont like whites they sure want to be around us and do everything we do, except work and take responsibility for themselves, that is.

Why doesn't the NAACP call for nagin to step down? Why doesn't the naacp call for riley to step down? Hypocrites! realist - when the blacks start standing for themselves instead of blaming everybody else for their problems, stop calling racism when there is none, and start working together and accomplishing things, then you will find racism doesn't exist except in those that always holler racism to get what they want.
