UPDATE (3:45pm) - The New Orleans Police Department says that Robyn Short was found safe and in good health on Saturday.

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who went missing in the French Quarter Friday night.

 An NOPD spokesman says 18-year-old Robyn Short was last seen around 5 p.m. walking from Café Du Monde towards the Clover Grill Restaurant on the corner of Dumaine Street and Bourbon Street.

 Police say she was walking to meet friends. She has not been heard nor seen since.

 Short has brown hair, she is 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 100 lbs. Short has a nose ring and white ear gauges. She also has a tattoo of a Pieces astrological sign on her right index finger, and a wolf tattooed on her left upper thigh.

 Police say Short was last seen wearing a white over-shirt with a black under-shirt, blue jeans, and black heeled shoes. She was carrying a white book sack with a tribal design.

 If anyone knows of Robyn Short’s location, they should call the NOPD at 821-2222 or call CRIMESTOPPERS at 822-1111.
