NEW ORLEANS, La – A man was shot and killed in New Orleans East late Tuesday night, according to NOPD spokesman Officer Garry Flot.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. at 6 Petite Bayou Lane.
Flot said officers found the victim lying with multiple gunshot wounds on the floor inside of the home. The victim, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers also found crack cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia at the scene, Flot said.
