JACKSON, Miss. -- A young man in Jackson sues a minister with churches in New Orleans and in Jackson, accusing the minister of coercing him to have sex.

The Clarion-Ledger reports that the lawsuit was filed late last month in Hinds County Circuit Court against Kevin Joseph Boyd Jr.

He's pastor of apostolic churches which, according to their websites, are called The Church at New Orleans and The Church at Jackson.

The newspaper says Boyd hasn't responded to calls left at the Jackson church and at his New Orleans home. It says a woman who answered the phone at the New Orleans home Monday said she was aware of the lawsuit and they have no comment.

The plaintiff alleges that Boyd coerced him into a sexual relationship while serving as his spiritual adviser and bishop.
