NEW ORLEANS - A young girl was reunited with her mother Saturday morning after she left her home while her family slept.
She was discovered wandering near Franklin Avenue and Abundance Street just after midnight.
She had been in police care until 10:15 a.m. and was in good condition.
The child could or would not disclose her name to officers.
No charges will be filed due to a miscommunication with the family.
