MANDEVILLE, La. -- In a follow-up to another Eyewitness Investigation, a Metairie-based moving company being investigated by Mandeville police is now facing trouble with the Public Service Commission.

Mr. Move owner Dunwoodie McDuffie III, along with two employees of the company,  was arrested for extortion last month.

The criminal investigation followed a complaint that the company held a Mandeville woman's property hostage because she wouldn't pay a higher price than she was quoted.

That case, and two more like it, has led to citations by the Public Service Commission for overcharging customers more than 15 percent what they quoted.

The business has to respond to the allegations at a hearing in September.
