1 pint peeled gulf shrimp
1 pint squid tubes (cut into rings)
1 pint black drums (diced)
1 mango (diced)
1/4 red onion (juilienned)
2 habaneros (miced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
2 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups lime juice
1 cup water
Poach shrimp two minutes.
Poach squid one minute.
Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes.
