The Michoud Assembly Facility, which builds the external fuel tank for the space shuttle, has been losing jobs as the shuttle program is phased out.

But the next generation of the space program, Constellation, was supposed to bring hundreds of jobs for a rocket launch system. Trouble is, President Barack Obama's budget proposal calls for killing the Constellation rocket launch project.

Michael Hecht, pesident & CEO of GNO, Inc., answer those questions and more.
