NEW ORLEANS -- Dag's House, the rehabilitation center for handicapped dogs on the West Bank, was the recipient of the kindness and generosity of a special group of young men.

The Boys to Men Club at Terrytown Academy saw the story we recently aired on the work done at Dag's House.

The 22 young men decided to make an appeal to the whole school to help the dogs.

The result? Boxes and boxes filled with blankets and towels and toys for the dogs.

The fifth to eighth graders got to see first-hand how the dogs, many in wheelchairs, still enjoy life.
