Three men sought after beating, robbery caught on tape

NEW ORLEANS - Police are searching for three suspects who beat up a man and stole his property while he was walking with a female companion in the CBD early Sunday morning.

According to police, the victim said he was walking in the 400 block of Carondelet when the suspects repeatedly struck him before taking his possessions and fleeing. The woman was not harmed.

Police described the suspects as:

Suspect# 1 is described as a White male, approximately 24-30 years of age, 5’1” tall, weighing approximately 190-210 pounds, clean shaven wearing a green baseball cap, black t-shirt and black and white stripped “cook” style pants. 

Suspect #2 is described as an African American male, approximately 23-35 years of age, 6’01” tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, long dreadlock or braided style hair, wearing a white/stripped t-shirt and blue jeans. 

Suspect#3 is described as an African American male. Approximately 30-35 years of age, 6’01”tall, thin build, clean shaven bald head, wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt and blue jeans.
