NEW ORLEANS – Two men were shot to death Friday night in the 8800 block of Edinburgh Street in New Orleans.
According to NOPD spokesman Garry Flot, officers responded to a call of a man being shot and when they arrived at the scene they found one of the victims on the front porch of the home and a second one in the street near the intersection of Edinburgh and Eagle Streets.
Both victims had several gunshot wounds to the body. EMS responded to the scene and the one on the porch was pronounced dead at the scene, the other was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
