According to Sheriff Newell Normand, Terrell Dobard, 14; and Kyle Pollar, 15; approached a group of four people walking in the 700 block of Mystic around 11 p.m.
The sheriff's office said both teens held a weapon at some point in the robbery and that they took wallets and cell phones before ordering one of the victims to strip down to his underwear.
Deputies dispatched to the scene said they found Dobard who was nearby. They said he had two of the stolen wallets and a cell phone. Deputies said Dobard confessed to the robbery while in the presence of his mother.
Pollar was brought to the sheriff's office by his mother, but deputies said he did not cooperate.
