NEW ORLEANS -- A 19-year-old man was found shot to death inside a home in Algiers, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Around 3 a.m., the man was found inside a home the 800 block of Elmira Street, according to police.
Police were called to the area after reports of shots being fired. Police say the man was found by officers shot at the home and later died at the hospital.
