NEW ORLEANS -- Two men were injured in a Saturday night shooting in Gentilly Terrace neighborhood, but police officials say the victims are expected to live.
The shooting happened in the 4000 block of Franklin Avenue around 9 p.m.
NOPD spokeswoman Hilal Williams said one man was shot in the chest, and the other man was shot in the side. Williams said they are non-life threatening injuries.
Police haven't released any information on a suspect or motive.
