CHALMETTE, La. -- St. Bernard Parish investigators arrested two burglary suspects thanks to a pretty obvious clue they say the couple left at the scene.
Officials say 35-year-old Robert Clark III and 37-year-old Jaime Schlosser robbed a Chalmette bar on Wednesday.
During the investigation, deputies found the key to the couple's apartment near a pool table at the bar.
Investigators say other evidence pointed to the couple as suspects.
Clark and Schlosser have been arrested for burglary. Both have been released on a $10,000 bond.
