NEW ORLEANS - It has been another violent week in New Orleans, with four murders and two other victims injured in a series of shooting incidents.

The week started on a horrific note with the murder of 44-year-old cab driver Ali Husnain who was shot to death in his taxi before dawn on Monday.

Then on Tuesday, there were three more murders and one person injured in two separate incidents.

On Thursday evening, the violence continued with the shooting at an RTA bus stop.

On Friday, Crimestoppers will announce a new partnership with the Metropolitan Association of Realtors.

The realtors plan to work with Crimestoppers to get safety information into the areas of the community hard hit by crime, and to help make it easier to report crimes and to help catch the criminals.

They'll discuss their specific plans at a mid-morning news conference.
