NEW ORLEANS - The former Jefferson Parish attorney is heading back to court to be re-arraigned on Monday.

Tom Wilkinson is facing a one-count bill of information, which is a sign he may be cooperating the the feds.

The count is misprision of a felony, which means he knew about a crime and not reporting it.

Wilkinson had previously been charged with 22 counts, and was set to stand trial in November along with former Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard.

The two are charged in connection with an alleged payroll fraud scheme involving Broussard's ex-wife.

Karen Parker Borussard was allegedly hired as a paralegal without the proper training.

Wilkinson is set to file a plea at 9 a.m.
