NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans detectives have implicated notorious criminal Telly Hankton and one of his cousins in a 2007 Uptown triple shooting.
NOPD spokesman Officer Frank Robertson said a warrant has been issued for Hankton's cousin, 27-year-old Troy Hankton. Telly Hankton is currently at Angola serving a life sentence for second-degree murder.

Robertson said the two Hanktons opened fire on three men sitting inside a parked car near the intersection of Clara and Fourth Streets. The shooting happened in April 2007.
