MIAMI -- U.S. Marshals have arrested a man in Florida wanted for a Harvey murder last weekend.
Devin Bonilla, 24, faces one second-degree murder charge.
Bowie Richard, an aspiring rapper, was shot and killed Saturday at the Edge Bar in the 2100 block of LaPalco Boulevard in Harvey.
Jefferson Parish deputies say Richard and Bonilla got into an argument inside of the bar. Richard left the building and went to talk to someone by a car outside. Deputies say Bonilla then went to his car, grabbed a gun and shot Richard in the head.
“He loved to perform, he loved to be on stage, he loved to touch people with his music,” said Justine Richard, Bowie's wife.
Bonilla was arrested without incident in Miami. He's being extradited back to Louisiana.
