NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a Monday afternoon shooting in Central City.
The shooting happened in the 2600 block of Louisiana Avenue around 3:45 p.m.
NOPD spokesman Officer Garry Flot said the victim was shot in the thigh.
The victim hasn't been identified, and police haven't identified a suspect or a motive.
