NEW ORLEANS - A 23-year-old was arrested and booked for possession of a handgun at South Claiborne and Napoleon on Tuesday.
Officers were approached by concerned citizens, who pointed out Kendal Edwards and told police he had a gun.
The officers were able to see the distinct shape of a handgun in the Edwards' waistband, according to reports.
The NOPD found a nine-millimeter handgun.
