CHALMETTE, La. -- St. Bernard Parish deputies recovered the body of a 33-year-old man found shot to death Sunday morning.
A passer-by found the body around 7:30 a.m. off Paris Road in Chalmette near the New Orleans line, said St. Bernard Parish Sheriff James Pohlmann.
Pohlmann said the victim is 33-year-old Herman Jones Jr.
Deputies haven’t released any information of a possible suspect or motive.
