NEW ORLEANS - A 42-year-old woman was found stabbed to death inside a home in New Orleans East Monday, police said.
A family member of the victim called police to the home in the 7400 block of Crestmont Road at approximately 11:20 a.m., police said.
The name of the woman has not been released pending notification of family members.
The woman was stabbed multiple times to the body and died on the scene, police said.
