NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans police have arrested a suspect wanted for aggravated assault and a bank robbery.
Larry Williams, 32, was booked with aggravated assault and on a parole violation. He also had a warrant for a bank robbery.
According to NOPD spokesman Officer Garry Flot, Williams allegedly pulled a gun on a woman on Nov. 2 at about 9:55 p.m. He threatened to kill her before fleeing, Flot said.
Officers were able to arrest Williams just after midnight Monday. They found he also had an outstanding warrant out for a bank robbery that happened in Orleans Parish.
Williams has several previous arrests on serious charges, such as second-degree murder, aggravated assault, several resisting police officers, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, second-degree battery, theft, several trespassing, several disturbing the peace, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property and several battery warrants.
