NEW ORLEANS -- Police have arrested an 18-year-old man and charged him with the stabbing of a teenager Sunday, according to NOPD spokesman Frank Robertson.
Darnell Lyons, 18, was booked with attempted second degree murder.
Lyons got into a fight in the 4500 block of Haynes Boulevard around 3 p.m., and according to police, Lyons stabbed the victim in the chest.
A 15-year-old girl, who hasn't been identified, was also charged with principal to attempted second-degree murder.
