NEW ORLEANS - A SWAT team was called upon when a 16-year-old barricaded himself inside his Lower Ninth Ward home, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
The standoff that started around 12:10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Caffin Street ended peacefully just before 1 p.m.
