SLIDELL, La. – A Slidell man was arrested and booked on eight counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles, according to the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office.
Paul A. Pichon, 39, was arrested Monday and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Prison without incident.
If convicted, he could face up to $50,000 in fines and up to 20 years in prison on each count.
State law forbids a person to produce, distribute, possess or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles.
The arrest followed a joint investigation involving the Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit, Slidell Police Department, Department of Homeland Security, and St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
