Terry Speaks, a suspect in the death of New Orleans dancer Jaren Lockhart, has been moved from St. Tammany Parish jail to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City.
The move is part of Speaks' extradition to North Carolina where he is wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Speaks and Margaret Sanchez, are suspects in Lockhart's killing. The case is especially grisly in that Lockhart's body parts washed ashore on Mississippi beaches just days after she was reported as missing in New Orleans.
