Three men wanted for attack on two women in French Quarter

NEW ORLEANS -- Police released video of an attack on two women in the French Quarter early Sunday morning, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

Around 2 a.m., the two women were walking in the 600 block of Bourbon Street.  Three men were walking in front of the two women, before turning around and confronting the women, police said. 

Two men tackled one woman to the ground and began beating her.  One man tried to take the woman's phone, but she was able to fight off the man. A second man took the victim's purse, police said.

The three men fled on Dumaine Street to Royal Street and then on Royal Street towards Canal Street.
