Bullets sprayed at 7th Ward home - man dead, 1-year-old, two others wounded

NEWORLEANS-- A quadruple shooting in the 7th Ward late Saturday left one man dead and a one-year-old girl injured, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

The shooting occurred around 11 p.m. in the 2100 block of Pauger Street.

According to police, the victims were sitting on the front porch of a home, when someone opened fire from a vehicle. Charles Collins, 23, died at the hospital and a 32-year-old man, a 24-year-old man and a one-year-old toddler were injured.

The young girl suffered a graze wound to the leg, the 24-year-old male suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and the 32-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to his body. All three were taken to the hospital by Emergency Medical Technicians and are listed in stable condition.
