JPSO: Man arrested as accessory in Metairie quadruple murder

Wynton Yates talks about a suspect arrested on an accessory charge in connection with a Metairie quadruple murder.

METAIRIE, La. – Law enforcement announced a second arrest in connection with an incident that left four people dead Wednesday.

Terry Manual, 52, has been booked with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

Sheriff Newell Normand said suspect Armande Tart called Manual for a ride from the scene after saying he just committed a robbery. When Manual saw the police presence around the scene, Normand said he called Tart wanting to know what happened.

Normand said Manual later picked Tart up, but did not say where.

The victims were identified as Kyle Turner, 40, of LaPlace; John Henry, 56, of Metairie; and Rosemary Charles, 61, of Metairie.

Henry and Charles lived in the apartment, according to the sheriff's office.

Turner was shot twice in the head, Henry and Charles were each shot once in the head. A fourth victim in the apartment is a 33-year-old female

The victim who was discovered in Apt. B, where he lived, was been identified as Harold Frisard, 56. He was stabbed multiple times to the head.
