NOPD: Suspects named in West Bank shoplifting

NEW ORLEANS -- Police are looking for two suspects who they said shoplifted from a West Bank pharmacy Tuesday.

The incident took place shortly after 9 p.m. at the Walgreens on General DeGaulle Drive.

NOPD said Michael Dixon, and Chinette Armstead, both 50, walked into the store, emptied the store’s entire perfume and cologne display into a book bag, and then left without paying.

The incident was captured on surveillance video and police said the two suspects are habitual shoplifters.
