Two men impersonated police officers, carjack man in Pontchartrain Park area

NEW ORLEANS - Police are looking for two men who impersonated police officers and carjacked a man in the Pontchartrain Park area early Tuesday. 
 
Around 12:30 a.m., the man said he was pulled over by a black Dodge Charger with flashing blue lights on the dashboard on the grill of the vehicle near the intersection of Press Drive and Prentiss Street, according to police. 
 
The men, who were armed, got out of the Charger and robbed the man of his wallet and cellphone and then took his vehicle, police said.
 
"The first suspect is described as a black male, 6’ tall with a stocky build, and wearing brown 'Duck Dynasty' camouflage fatigues, black combat boots, and a black paintball helmet with chrome around the eye-hole. He was armed with a black and silver handgun. The second suspect is described as a black male, 6’ tall with a thin build, who was wearing all black fatigues, black combat boots, and a black paintball helmet with chrome around the eye-hole. He was armed with a black handgun," said a statement from the NOPD.
 
The victim's vehicle is a a silver four-door 2010 Acura TL with Louisiana license plate number ZFX767.
