H1N1 vaccine now available to all

BATON ROUGE, La. -- The state health department says that swine flu vaccine is now available to anyone.

Monday's announcement said people should call their regular medical providers for a vaccination appointment. Public providers can be found at www.FightTheFluLA.com -- a Web site of the state Department of Health and Hospitals.

Since October, the vaccine has been available to high-risk groups. More than 276,000 doses of the vaccine have been given.

The department estimates that 216,000 people statewide have come down with the virus since it was discovered in April.

You Go Right Ahead I"ll Pass! Give Me The H1N1 Flu Any Day Over Something That Contains As Much Mercury As the H1N1 Vaccine.

I dont know why anyone would take this thing!!! Having 2 friends who are nurses you wouldnt believe the horror stories from this shot!! I'll pass also!!!

Michelle1031 Glad To Hear It. It"s True Most People are Clueless as to the Facts And Known Dangers Associated With Taking The Shot and also The Vapor. 25,000 times the so called safe level of mercury will affect generations to come with autism and other horrible Life Changing Effects. my entire family even my then 7 month old grand child had H1N1 and is was by far the mildest flu I have ever had. People need to simply research the fats of the inert ingredients and share the horror facts with family and friends. Simply Google Search just the effects that Mercury has On the Human Body You will be Shocked!

I also passed on getting my children the H1N1 vaccine. I did not want to be the parent on the news next year saying, "we got the H1N1 shot and look what happened to my child". I do not feel that it was researched enough. I have three children and my 10 year old got the swine (H1N1) flu. He was back to normal in 24 hours. The worse part was the strep he had with the flu. I know that people have died with this flu, but people die every year from the seasonal flu. I do not believe they keep a record of the actual deaths from that. My question is how many people die each year of the Seasonal flu. With all types of flu, if you have other health issues you are at greater risk than the average person. The media had a field day with this and sent people into mass hysteria. Go back to 1972 or 76 not sure what year, and read about the last time a "swine flu" vaccine was given. It will make you question this years vaccine as well.
