There are four Navigator programs in the state of Louisiana. Here’s how to get in touch with them.

Southern United Neighborhoods (Statewide)

Martin Luther King Health Center, Inc. (Caddo, Bossier, and Webster parishes)

Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center (Statewide)

Call 1-800-435-2432 (toll free) or (337)478-4822 to make an appointment with a Navigator in your area

Capital Area Agency on Aging, District II, Inc. (Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes)
Call 1-800-833-9883

Navigators will also be visiting cities around the state to help sign people up for health insurance. If
