HOUMA, La. -- A man was fatally shot in his chest at home Thursday night during a confrontation with three suspects, police said.

Video footage shows the suspects entering the home of 20-year-old Vincent Andrew Naquin on the 500 block of Louise Street around 11:45 p.m., Houma Police said. The suspects then left the area in an unknown white vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers located Naquin inside the residence deceased from what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to the chest.

Houma Police Detectives were able to recover video footage of the suspects entering and exiting the residence. The investigation is ongoing as witness information and evidence are still being gathered.
