Two bank tellers in Cut Off were arrested Thursday after admitting to stealing money from their employer, Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office officials said.

Tabatha Allemand, 30, 208 Bayou Folse in Raceland, and Tammy Price, 51, 102 West 165th St. in Galliano, were both charged with felony theft. They were taken to the parish jail and were both released on a $10,000 bond.

The two women were arrested after confessing to bank managers that they had taken money from their teller drawers for personal use on multiple occasions, police said.
